Bree Street will soon be home to the tallest residential development in Cape Town’s central city – the eponymous ‘16 on Bree’. The 36-storey retail and residential project, by FWJK Development, meets the growing demand for a vibrant live-work-play lifestyle in the city centre, and is expected to be completed by December 2019.
